At Triathlon Winning Formula, we strictly respect your privacy. The collection and management of your data are done with transparency and security in mind.

Data Collection & Usage

• Limited Use: The personal data you provide through the contact form is used solely for communication regarding the Camp and arranging your participation.
• No Data Storage: We do not store your data in permanent databases after the event's procedures are completed.
• Future Communication: We reserve the right to use your email exclusively to send you updates about future similar sports events and activities near your area.
• Third-Party Sharing: Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. The only exception is the accommodation hotel, where we provide only your name to finalize your room reservation.

Proper organization of the Camp requires careful planning, especially regarding your accommodation. Please read the following terms regarding payments carefully.

Booking & Deposit

• Mandatory Deposit: To officially book the hotel room and secure your spot in the Camp, a deposit is mandatory. Without a deposit, room reservation is not possible.
• Deposit Amount: The deposit is set at 50% of the total price of your chosen package (depending on the duration of your stay).
• Payment Method: The deposit must be paid electronically (via bank transfer). Cash is not accepted for the deposit.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance (the other 50% of the package value) can be paid later. For this remaining amount, cash is accepted.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

This term is strictly enforced, as the deposit amount is immediately committed to cover the hotel's expenses and reservation clauses for the room booked under your name. Therefore, it is impossible to refund the deposit.
